All one-off bookings have a security deposit returned after the event subject to the Standard Conditions of Hire being adhered to.
Main Hall
Size: 16 x 10m (52 x 32ft), height 3m (9ft)
Ideal for: functions (up to 100 people), and large group activities.
Cost: £20.00/hr
This is our largest room (16 x 10m), with a hatch through to our kitchen. There’s an ample store of chairs and tables. The room has a wooden sprung floor, which makes it ideal for dance. This is a Wi-Fi hotspot with Superconnected Oxford.

Kitchen
Size: TBC
Ideal for: anyone using the Main Hall or rooms in the main building.
Cost: free of charge
This is available to all users of the centre. It is equipped with a fridge, sink, kettle, and electric cooker (with oven and grill). A small amount of crockery is available. Cups, saucers, mugs, plates, and an urn can be supplied on request. Exclusive use of the kitchen is only possible when a function is being held.
Meeting Room (Room 2)
Size: 6 x 4m (19 x 13ft), height 4m (13ft)
Ideal for: meetings and office working
Cost: £14.00/hr
This is a good-sized room (6 x 4m), with a long table seating 12 twelve and a whiteboard. The two large windows have Venetian blinds and there are plants and pictures. This is a Wi-Fi hotspot with Superconnected Oxford.
The Brenda Horwood Room
Size: 10 x 8m (32 x 26ft), height 2m (6ft)
Ideal for: medium-sized groups, and children’s parties.
Cost: £16.50/hr
This is a bright, freshly decorated room (10 x 8m), with a wooden floor. There is a kitchen area with a fridge and a good supply of crockery. Chairs and tables are available. This is a Wi-Fi hotspot with Superconnected Oxford. This room is set up as a cafe
The Gill Garratt Room
Size: 11 x 6m (36 x 19ft), height 4m (13ft)
Ideal for: medium-sized groups, band rehearsals
Cost: £16.50/hr
A large recreational room (11 x 6m) in our annexe. High ceiling with chairs and tables available. This is a Wi-Fi hotspot with Superconnected Oxford.
Dojo
Size: 9 x 6m (29 x 19ft), height 4m (13ft)
Ideal for: Martial arts groups, Yoga, Pilates and other mat-based keep-fit groups.
Cost: £20.00/hr
The Dojo is a dedicated room for martial arts and has padded walls and permanently laid judo mats. The Dojo is fully heated with a heat recovery system that exchanges the air on a regular basis. Please remember no outdoor footwear is to be worn in the Dojo.

Changing Rooms
We have 2 adjacent changing rooms available in the Annex.
Lavatory Facilities
There are toilets and disabled toilets on both floors in the main building and the Annexe. There is a baby-changing unit in the downstairs disabled toilet.
Wheelchair access
We have wheelchair access to the Brenda Horwood room and The Gill Garratt Room, and to the first floor by assisted lift. There is a disabled lavatory situated adjacent to the Brenda Horwood room, on the first floor and in the Annexe.

Conference, training and seminar hire
The Main Hall, Brenda Horwood room, Gill Garratt room and Room 2 are available for training hire. Each room offers space for different styles of training. Flip chart, paper and pens, projector and screen are available included. Refreshments and lunches can be arranged, and on Tuesdays, our Community Cafe is open from 10.30 – 2.00.
