Room hire is very easy – simply phone our administrator, Debby Forbes, on 01865 242666 and let her know what your requirements are. She works from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 pm. We have an answering machine outside those hours, so do leave a message. We are happy to take one-off or regular bookings.

Note that the centre is closed on Bank Holidays and over Easter and Christmas: Easter Good Friday to Easter Monday and Christmas normally Christmas Eve until the day after the New Year Bank Holiday each year.
Please also read our Standard Conditions of hire, the General Rules governing the use of the Centre, and our Health and Safety policy. The General Rules apply to all users of the centre, and the Standard Conditions state the responsibilities of the person hiring a room.

If you would like to see if the room you are interested in is available for the date you are looking for please use the calendar below and ONLY use the provisional booking form to request the room booking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THE CALENDAR TO BOOK.
